The brief.

Help a dealer group of 14 sites source quality used cars whilst delivering new car leads to the sales department.

The solution.

Using a mixture of EDM and SMS, Pure directed customers to a purpose-built responsive web form where they could input their details to request a valuation on their current vehicle. The form then sent an email confirmation receipt to the customer and the lead details to a dedicated sales email inbox to follow up.

The results.

Advised to pause the campaign mid-term due to the initial number of leads generated, 400 customers requested a valuation resulting in 96 sales from a data pool of just 1970.
